Who I am
I am Jake Swad, and I run Jake Swad Media (https://www.jakeswadmedia.com). In this policy, "I" and "me" mean Jake Swad Media. I film ads, run Meta ads and build DM booking flows for local service businesses.
What I collect
When you submit a form, book a call, or join a waitlist, I collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, Instagram handle, and business details. I also collect standard analytics data including pages visited, referral source, and UTM parameters.
How I use it
I use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources, schedule calls, text you about your booking if you gave me your number, improve my services and measure marketing performance. I do not sell your personal information.
