Agreement

In these terms, "I" and "me" mean Jake Swad Media. By using my website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use my services.

Services

I film ads, run Meta ads and build DM booking flows for local service businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are confirmed in a written agreement before work begins.

Results and disclaimers

Campaign figures on this site (conversations, ad spend and cost per conversation) come from Meta Ads Manager for named clients. They are conversations, not verified sales.

Individual results. Yours depend on your offer, market and follow-up. I never guarantee customers, revenue or return on ad spend.

I never guarantee customers, revenue or return on ad spend. Your price, close rate, staff and capacity decide those.

Guarantee conditions

• The recommended minimum ad spend, paid directly to Meta ($300/month for The Customer Engine)
• The monthly shoot happens on the scheduled date
• Every conversation gets a reply and a booking offer within one business day
• The offer and pricing don't change mid-test without notice
• Excludes Meta restrictions from your account history, and special ad categories (housing, credit, employment)

Not guaranteed, by stage:

• Film the offer: That any single ad performs.
• Reach local prospects: A fixed cost per result. Meta's auction changes.
• Start the conversation: That everyone who messages is a buyer.
• Check fit: That qualified leads book.
• Offer a booking: Bookings or show-ups.
• Track customers: Customers, revenue or return on ad spend.

Payment

Prices on this site are current. Your final fee, term and refund terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
